Construction field experience or a general contracting/construction management background is a large plus. Candidate must be able to evaluate constructed conditions, render supportable opinions on performance/conformance of work, and make repair recommendations, where required. This position primarily involves forensic analysis of existing projects.

Individual must be a registrant with credentials and experience enough to qualify as an expert witness in construction defect litigation matters, lead investigative efforts, perform as case manager, and be the primary contact with clients/attorneys. Applicant must have accomplished report writing skills. Strong MS Word, Excel, and general computer skills are required.

The primary workload focuses on single- and multi-family residential construction matters.
