Schedule Analysis

Sage provides forensic review and comment on many forms of construction schedules.  Sage utilizes multiple types of scheduling software and approaches.  Often, in connection with our construction claims and litigation support services, we evaluate and troubleshoot construction schedules for in-progress or completed schedules.

The case defines the services.  We can provide "quick and dirty" bar charts or fully refined reconstructed CPM analysis.  Cost/benefit, data quality, and client needs establish the work scope.
